very nice suite - nice layout, spacious and comfortable. We liked the full kitchen and that it had in suite laundry.
The king bed was not comfortable for me - wife sleep fine.

One of the bathrooms had a useless stream above bathtub that would wet the entire room to fill the bathtub - you should fire whoever had this terrible idea!
Also: how come your vending machine sells cotton swabs but not tampons?

Staff was good
The bed in the room was totally worn out, needs to be replaced, gave me a sore back and it needs a boxspring so you are not almost on the floor, way to low !

I bedroom suite was spacious and cozy! Great mountain view from the balcony. I really enjoyed the 2 peaceful hot tubs and steam room after a day of skiing! On site restaurant is also very good!

Great amenities with room fireplace & tub, great kitchen, comfortable and clean.
Provide sandals as well as robes for hot tubs, for those who travel and aren’t prepared.
Use more instructions:
Squeeze the soap bottles, how to adjust room temp, how to make the stereo & speakers work etc.

Hot tub is nice and quiet, private and treed
Nice rooms. Could probably use a new paint colour and lighting to make the rooms not as dark. The brown tan colour that was popular from 20 years ago is dark and dated.
