Wonderful
Apartment was too warm- 77F, we noticed that at 11:10pm, but unfortunately we’re not able to lower it because staff was not around. Thermostat was locked and accessible only with a key, we had to sleep with windows open on the first floor, and didn’t feel safe because of that.

Fantastic place, I have stayed here a handful of times. The room sizes are great compared to many other hotels in this price range. You get unreal value for what you spend. Great location as well, it is on a quieter end of town but still close to downtown.
Nothing really. Staff was good, their rules and check-out times are reasonable, and the room was clean. No complaints!

The room was exceptional with the kitchenette. Loved the fireplace even though it was to warm to use. Nice that an ac unit provided. Bed ver comfy and room very clean.
Location so so, just not walkable to downtown.

Not much
Rather difficult to get to in the first place. The room that I booked well in advance was on the bottom floor with absolutely no natural light. The curtains and blinds closed tight. There was a portable air conditioner with a cord plugged into a power bar on the floor. I have booked many hotels through Booking.com and this was the worst. What it said to me was “if you are going to book through Booking this is what you get”. Definitely would not stay there again.

Wonderful
The Mountain View was wonderful. The one bedroom unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The underground parking was nice. I also really enjoyed the hot tubs.
We enjoyed walking to restaurants but did wish there was a crosswalk nearer to the facility on Bow Valley Trail.

Wonderful location for our plans!
The 2nd bedroom's bathroom shower in the tub.... Water drops from the ceiling and splashes. Noticed wood on vanity had damage from it. ONLY thing, otherwise AMAZING.
