Convenient location. Staff great job servicing our needs in friendly manner. Was able to dine in and do laundry, which cut costs.
Did not have time to hot tub.

I was not able to turn off the light of the living room, one of the guests slept on the sofa-bed and it was inconvenient. I tested every single light switch there and I was not able to turn off the light.

Spacious Condo for family of four.
Convenient to downtown Canmore and surrounding area. Jacob at front desk was very kind and helpful.
The heat wasn’t working in our unit, was quite chilly even in July - 16C. They did offer a space heater, and the little fire place helped. It would be nice though if you could control the temp in your room. It would also be nice if both bedrooms had a television, no biggie though, as the beauty of the area was the real attraction.
Filling the tub from the ceiling was unique, our daughter was quite startled by it, ha!

Rooms were better than expected! Everything was clean and the balcony had a great view :)
When we first got there, we accidentally thought it was my partner who had their name under the room to check-in instead of myself. Two of the younger staff who were initially helping us were pleasant and helpful while we were trying to figure it out but one older women (I think the manager/leader) at the front desk who came in later was rude and rolled her eyes at us and laughed when we realized our mistake. She acted like we inconvenienced her and gave my partner a death glare before we finished checking in. It was the only bad part of our stay but it still left an impact and I hope she doesn’t do this to other guests!

The free underground parking was much appreciated, the spa and restaurant were wonderful as well as the hot tubs. We had stayed there previously and really loved it! The deep tub was very relaxing.
It smelled musty and dirty in the hallway as well as in the room, the rug in the living room was filthy, the tap that was supposed to be fixed was still dripping, and the leather chair was actually so worn it was ripped, and the bed was so uncomfortable. It felt very unloved and like it needed to have the furniture replaced/steamcleaned.

Beds, pilows and blankets were all excellent. However the rooms are very small. Would have preferred one King Bed rather than 2 x Queen beds that took up too much room.
Location half way between Banff and Jasper was perfect for us. Facilities including General Store, Pub, Restaurant and Diner plus a Gym and Spa area was beyond expectation. Also a good petrol/gas stop. Most of all we loved the spectacular scenery with stunning mountains surrounding the Lodge.

Nice view, gentlemen at front desk was awesome and always responsive.
Dirty dishes, heater not working, unable to use entertainment system, blinds didn't open in living area for view.

The spacious accommodation and self service facilities and the location.
The sleeper couch was very uncomfortable and some things were not clean (kettle and carpet)

Rooms were spacious and clean. The car park underneath was excellent because it had the elevator central and plenty of space to park SUV's. The staff in the restaurant were excellent and the food was very good.
It was on the other side of the highway but that wasn't a problem.
