The shared seating, coffee and microwave amenities. It was also super close to Banff and all the stores in Canmore.
Room had a bit of a creaky floor and the bathroom doorknob was a bit lose.

Going up three flights of stairs with luggage and NO helpful assistance. After all we are 75. She just said “no “ to assisting. And besides the three flights, we had to go up one more set of stairs to get to our room. She was not helpful. When someone reserve s room, it would be appreciated letting them know what to expect.

The room and respect for privacy were very good.
Parking was a challenge. Construction from across the road owned by the same company allowed workers to park at the lodge. This became a constant challenge to find a parking spot. If you are staying a single night, it wouldn't be as much of an issue, but we were their in a suite for the week. Patrons should not lose parking for construction workers that could park down the road at a closed down restaurant..

Staff very professional. Lovely to have a indoor swimming pool looking at the mountains.Laundry is 4 dollars and dryer is for free. Good location in Canmore with parking spot.
Room (226)was very spacious although we could hear everything from room upstairs. Although we could cook in the room I rough price was quite high (it could be due to the area)

Close to Waterton Makes National Park Quiet Comfortable room Friendly host Very clean room & facilities
When we booked, we thought that the room contained a kitchenette, on arrival we discovered that the "kitchenette was shared and on the other side of the building. Also bathroom was shared between 3 rooms.
