The room was cold, there was no outdoor hot tub as advertised, and the bathtub could have been cleaner.

Very cozy cabin feel with all the amenities. Great location and staff were attentive.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the walls are very thin, there were only 3 pillows for a queen bed meant for 2 guests.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Good, clean and user-friendly accommodation with kitchenette. A great alternative to paying extortionate prices in Banff. We strongly recommend!
Everything was great, but if you want perfect luxury 5 star fittings and furniture then go elsewhere. However, we loved it - we had everything we needed, including changes of towels and cleaning every day.
