Nice to have a kitchen and lots of bed options within one space
The bathroom ceiling had chips out of the tiles. The place hasn’t been updated once in all its years of operation and is in desperate need of it. Everything about the building is still operating in the 70s.

Quiet and convenient, with a beautiful mountain view. Close to Canmore downtown, 20 minutes to Banff, and hot tub is a great bonus.

This is an average motel, not among the best, not bad, similar to many other motels across North America. Yet pretty pricy. You pay for the location. 25 minutes to Banff. Nice hot tube.
Size of the room, need some renovation, especially the bathroom.

Stayed in the suite with 3 queen beds it was really dry in there. The wall on the loft was covered in dust and the small window. And it really needs a black out curtains on the loft as its really hard to sleep.

Location was fantastic, trip to lake Louise pick up point just a short walk away. Bus stop to Banff is opposite, and the walk into Canmore itself is a beautiful 15/20 min stroll if you choose the more scenic route which is well worth doing. The property itself was a great base. There were 6 of us, one couple in the bedroom, my son on the sofa bed which was a bit of a faff to get out with the huge round table in the way but we managed. The loft beds were comfortable and it really had a cabin feel to it. Don’t expect much but it’s comfortable and clean and the employees couldn’t do enough. I would certainly return.
The large round table made getting the sofa bed out difficult. It would be much better using a foldable table or one that is much smaller.

The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk up to the Canmore visitors centre to catch our shuttle to Moraine Lake.
It would have been nice if breakfast was included but not a deal breaker as it was good value for Canmore
