Although it is an old lodge, housekeeping did an excellent job keeping things immaculate. Staff were helpful all the time. My family had a lovely time there.
The laundry only had one washing machine, which was on the small side. Had to do 2 loads instead of the usual one. Luckily, no one was using it. Management can consider upgrading that.

The location, the staff, the playground and the roof design.
The smell of the bathroom especially when I turned on the fan was bad.
The old fridge that wasn’t working properly, the ac that looked damaged, the absence of a phone in the room. The rust in the bathtub, the sink location outside the toilet. The dirty floors I accidentally saw behind the nightstand, the short curtains and the fact that everything looked really old.

Convenient location and loft suite design was perfect for our family
People next door was really loud and wasn't considerate of other guests, but it could happen at any other hotels I suppose.

Location was nice, we had a beautiful view.
It was clean.
The pool wasn’t open, was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a 7 hr drive. And the pet fee is ridiculous. $30 each dog each night?!? What a rip off. $15 sure no problem. But $30/night is robbery. We paid $200 for a single night and they offered zero amenities, so I should have been refunded that $30 at least! Would have gotten 10/10
