Location a bit far from Banff and Lake Louise...
Reception a bit far from hotel room and no internal hallway to reach there. We have to walk outside to get into the building where reception is located...

We wanted to go swimming but there’s about 20 kids was on the pool for almost 9 hrs and we paid to go for a swim there should be a limit for swimming
