A convenient location in town.
Hotel is right by train track and train pass by every hour starting 5am. Room temperature is hard to adjust too. None of our family of 4 have good sleep over the 2-night stay.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is centrally located to many amenities.
The rooms were outdated and smelled funny. There were poorly done wallpaper patches and wall patches in the room. There were very few outlets and no USB outlets for charging devices. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. Overall the rooms need to be updated

The staff were helpful and nice, the slide and jacuzzi were great, the rooms were clean, comfortable and reasonably big.
The booking didn't get sent to the hotel from booking.com so we had to be given a different room on the train track side, which was loud occasionally in the night waking up light sleepers.

Convenient location
The hot tub had so much chlorine that everyone in my families eyes were burning, and other guests were complaining as well.
The train kept running every hour or so and it was so loud it sounded like it was in our room, did not get much sleep
The room when we first opened the door had a strong musky/ stale paint smell

Pool and hot tub were nice.
Hard time checking in, staff was little rude about everything, bought stuff from vending machine and it was outdated and never got money back, we missed our trip to go to banff because it took over 4 hours to get us checked in all in all was not impressed.

I won't ever stay here again.
My credit card was compromised so I needed to pay with my debit mc. They charged an extra 250 and then I needed to make 6 phone calls and 9 days later before they refunded 240 back to me. Terrible service. They said the manager was busy but I told them I am busy too.

I was conveniently located for the event we were attending.
Parking was abysmal. If you returned in the evening, it was difficult to find a spot. The lot was in need of resurfacing. Some spots were unusable because of the humps in the pavement.
Common areas werent attractive. Reception/lounge area was small and uninviting. Carpets in hallways were buckling and were stained in places.
