The hot tub with the mountain view was very relaxing and was pretty easy to get to
My husband and I and another couple had gotten stuck in the elevator. No one answered the phone on either the elevator people or front desk , thankfully the front desk guy on the second call was very quick and got us out in a hurry after. Train is loud if you keep your window open at night

Loved the location, restaurants within walking distance, and short drive into Banff.
It was very dated, chips of paint missing on the walls, doors, etc. TVs wouldn't work with the wifi to watch Netflix, etc. The view was described to have a mountain view from our room, but it was obstructed by trees and buildings. There's not much of a mountain view, unfortunately. We came from New Brunswick and expected more for what we paid!
