My husband enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Easy free parking for our car and 15min drive into Banff town. However, we prefer the beautiful town and surroundings of Canmore. Close to golf course with a great pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Our beds were very comfy. Reception was friendly with tea & coffee at your leisure. Thank you for a lovely stay
Hotel is located very close to a train line but it didn't bother us at all after we closed the sound proof window.

Nothing.
Room faced the railway tracks and train noise all night. Did not sleep for entire stay. When asked to change rooms, none were available. Fireplace was shut down and did not know that the staff had shut it down for previous guest and didn't turn it back on.
