This was a very cozy property.. felt like home
The carpet in our unit was not very clean nor was the pillows.. very yellow… room service definitely needs to be done properly as there were leftover crumbs underneath the sofa pillow

Location. 2 BR 2 bathroom kitchen
Noisy dwelling above us. We had to go ask for them so be quieter. Sounded like children were jumping on the beds and noisy in the bedroom no tv remote in one BR Kitchen knives - very dull

The unit was not clean at all. The duvet was actually dirty. The floor was also not swept. We were not comfortable with the sanitation overall. There was no blow dryer and the toilet was very low to the floor.

Where to start…
- place was filthy (garbage/dirty laundry under beds), dirt in washing machine, gross carpets, etc
- furniture and appliances have seen better days (all furniture is scratched/stained/peeling, tv’s are 20+ years old, washing machine/dryer are basic/ancient, etc)
- facilities were gross/terrible… both hot tubs were closed due to unsanitary conditions, elevator was broken, etc

View was nice. Good location. Comfortable beds
The provided amenities were disappointing. No extra garbage bags available, one dish cloth only, oven mitts with holes.
Very dirty under beds- with other guests garbage left behind. Air vents and curtains were very dusty.
Expect better when paying these rates.

We arrived an hour early, our check-in wasn't until 4:00 unfortunately didn't get the code for the key box until 4:05 After we phoned bookings.com they sent it to us as the owners had sent it to bookings. Minor mix up ?
Pool, hot tubs and the suite we're all Great. We would definitely come back to this suite ?

There was no breakfast. We did all our own cooking. The kitchen could use a better coffee pot, and nicer pots/pans. The oven was not cleaned well upon our arrival.
Lighting is very poor and with better brighter lighting.
No extra garbage bags, and the dish washer lid would not open flat. The towel bar in one bathroom fell off their hanging clips so no place to hang a towel

pool was nice and the beds were comfortable
we requested a crib to be at the property and it was not there. when we called to ask about the crib, no one replied to our phone calls or emails. the plumbing system in the master suit was really, really loud, it woke my child up in the other room multiple times. No one replied to our calls or emails about this issue also.

Suite was roomy. Jacuzzi tub nice.
Bathroom door off its hinge and wouldn't close. Toilet tank lid missing. Kitchen lacked newer and variety of cookies dishes. Overall building and suite could use some updating given cost to stay at site. Garbage is located outside in parking lot.
Couldn't figure out how to turn on bedroom lamps in either room.

It was very lovely! We appreciated the warmth and beauty of the location and condo. It was also very clean. Thank you!
A suggestion would be to provide some additional (and bigger )garbage bags so it is easier for guests to take out the garbage at the end of the stay( We had 4 people staying and we ate in the condo) Having a separate bin with bag for recycling ( ie: cardboard/ plastic, etc..) would also be helpful. The blue bin under the sink could then just be for bottles/ cans for refund.

Both bathrooms towel racks were broken king bedroom curtain off hooks couldn’t get movie player to work no extra garbage bags missing cookie sheet fry pan loose handle could of had extra blankets for lounging in living room

Wonderful
A spacious and well-equipped apartment situated in a quiet and scenic area.
Very easy to visit the town, and within easy reach of the highway to visit the national parks.
Lots of parking (including indoor parking) very close to the apartment.
