Great location, close to everything I needed. The staff were very nice and responsive—I messaged them about my late arrival at 11 PM, and they replied quickly and made sure everything was ready..

Heated pool and hot tub were fabulous; underground parking very convenient;culligan water cooler in entrance is fabulous; well equipped kitchen and bathrooms; nice balcony; views.
Water pressure in shower was poor; sink didn’t drain well; dining chairs were uncomfortable.

Beds in second room old/uncomfortable, especially single bed - mattress or box spring really low on one side; hurt my body. Room was overlooking pool/hottib - super noisy - was like windows were open when they weren’t. Screaming kids, etc.

Location - the unit was spacious
The oven did not work - we realized as we were cooking our dinner and the cheese wouldn't melt. Called front desk and they appeared to be aware that there was something wrong with the sensor, would have been nice to know ahead of time so our dinner wasn't wasted. Fridge water sensor needed to be replaced and dishwasher also needs repair. The could was covered in long human hairs, very old and had tears in it. We covered them with sheets so we could sit on them. The mattresses in the upstairs bedroom were so old that the springs would give out. The over all unit had a very strong musty/BO scent to it. The Lodge was sold out so no other units were available.
