Fantastic location for a perfect Canmore stay- super central and within walking distance of all the things. Beds were very comfortable as well.

On the positive side room was very clean, staff were kind and bed and pillow were super comfortable.
A weird thing happened on Tuesday night when other guests tried to get into my room, cause they were assigned it as well. Went back to bed then front desk staff came and knocked again to confirm who I was.
The TV in the room was unplugged and when I plugged it in it was a fuzzy screen and it didn't seem to work, I left it unplugged, couldn’t watch the Stanley cup finals

Clean, Tidy and the Bed was extremely comfortable.
Central location in the downtown.
Walls are paper thin, so noise nuisance was a problem caused by other staying guests. For instance Guests talking to each other directly outside your door late at night, or having a party of eight adults staying above you on your last night at 11pm playing loud music, dragging furniture across the floor and speaking loudly.

Aircon unit very loud so couldn’t use it to sleep which made room very stuffy. TV remote volume didn’t work to turn volume down.

Room with a view surrounded by mountains. (see pics) The river flows through town right outside the window. We visited early May before the seasonal swell of tourism. Cleanliness: Spic and Span. Comfort: right on. Water pressure: excellent. Location: unbelievably good. Black out curtains for the 5am-ish sunrise: Thank You! Coffee and pastries at on-site Electric Wolf café are great. Windows on both sides of room; the view to the West is stunning while view to east is the lovely river. There are good restaurants, shops, bars, etc., right next door. A hippie bulk store called Nutters a block away. DeGrassi Jr. High on the TV! Oh, Canada! Since Basecamp are all over the area, I wish I could try out all of them for comparison, but Lamphouse in Canmore won me over.
Heaters kicked on with a startling sound then run in silence. Room temperature perfect otherwise. Neighbors' doors closing startled us too. These are minor issues.

The beds were really comfy, I loved the pillows, too, and the location just at the upper end of Main Street is awesome, of course
There is quite some noise pollution with the pub next door, rather thin walls and a fridge rather on the loud side.

The location is amazing. It is near to shops and restaurants that are all walking distance from one another. Easy check in and check out process.
The rooms are comfy but they can improve on some sort of sound proofing as I could hear the conversation of the next rooms or TV from the room. Walls are thin.

It is extremely well located, you can go everywhere on foot. The room is comfortable and fits most traveller needs.
Since every communication with the staff is done through phone/sms/emails, it might take a while to get a simple answer for a quick question. The provided phone number didn’t work for calls.

This place is simple, clean, comfortable, and in the best location in Canmore.
Wish it had a microwave, but it had a small fridge and a tea/coffee service which was good.

There are a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is very nice. Bedrooms are comfortable.
The bunk bed is quite low.
