Very homey feel, super welcoming and cozy. Great breakfast included. Beautiful rooftop hot tub and sauna.
The only drawback was there was no fridge in our room.

Good communication and greeting upon arrival, with assistance with luggage. Am a repeat guest and was quiet as off season. Love the antique setting including space in the main room and hot tub finally finished with rails. Flexibility in booking breakfast times up to 10 AM.

We had an excellent stay here and definitely plan to come back whenever we stay in Canmore. The hotel and rooms were very homey and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. It was very nice to have the hotel and sauna access after a day of hiking. Could not have asked for anything better here!

The breakfasts were delicious and a highlight of the stay.
The television was a disaster. Couldn't get stations. The staff tried to help but it was futile. The air conditioner was noisy. The room seemed to have poor ventilation.

Breakfast was excellent every morning. The bed was comfortable.
The room was very cramped and got sometimes very warm and noisy during the night, due to the clothes dryers exhaust pipes running through the walls next to the headboard of the bed. There was no closet to hang up your clothes and opening two large suitcases on the floor at the same time and walking around them was very cumbersome due to the size and layout of the room.

The property itself was lovely, very cozy. The room was clean, the main floor/patio were welcoming and relaxing.
The service was not great, the staff seemed annoyed with us for every interaction. When we asked for the code to enter the hot tub area we’re just told “I already explained that to you” and had to apologize for not remembering.
The breakfast was very small and bland, 2 over easy eggs, toast ONE piece of bacon, and stale hash browns. They had trays of 1oz glasses of smoothie placed out but we were told they couldn’t fill one of the full size glasses for us. We were both still starving and too embarrassed to ask if we were aloud to have more after being denied a drink.
