The apartment itself was great, clean and and was extremely well equipped. Had good bedding and lounge facilities. Did have some concerns from prior reviews, but all proved wrong.
Unfortunately, many units face highway and there is a constant drone of traffic. Kids running down corridors. Our receptionist was abrupt and messed up payment arrangements.

Location was good. Near all amenities.
Coffee splattered on the walls. Generally not super clean. Staff not super helpful. Felt like we were an imposition rather than guests. Won't return. Also we were told the hot tub would be running. It wasn't.

Breakfast restaurant is nice
Its hard to believe that this is a 4-star hotel. They sell their bedroom as mountain-view but it is literally less than 50 m from the highway. Very noisy all night long and windows are low quality.
Pull-out couch is impossible to sleep in. Cannot understand how it can be sold for adults to sleep in, or even kids for that matter. Also, It wasnt even made and we had to call in to get bedding and make it ourselves (booking was clearly made for adults to sleep in pull out couch)

The room was good until we started to smell weeds and my kids felt a headache. However, the staff at the reception was great in giving us an alternative room at a discounted rate. I wanted to give a special appreciation to her.
The water park had many fun things but needs better management (cleaning, loud and wild guests making kids in the pool feel unsafe, etc.) The resort seemed to be shared with many other residents. I understand the resort management can hardly control them, but I don't expect my kids to breathe weed smoke during our family vacation at a 'resort'

It was clean and it had a nice pool
We were placed at a different building with horrible lighting, and view. Thee AC made a horrible noise and there was no cleaning of sheets, towel, etc. no pool in second building or restaurant. We felt deceived.

Wonderful
We loved having a two bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities and two bathrooms. The location was also terrific being walking distance to shops, cafes and supermarket. Although Canmore is some distance out of Banff, as we had a hire car the distance didnt impact on our time there.
Some of the clean towels provided smelt of stale smoke.

Outdoor spaces on larger suites are amazing. Beautiful view.
Booked the property specifically for its pool and hot tub facility. Travelled over 6 hours to find out the pool and hot tub was closed. Customer service has been hit and miss over the past 4 visits. Very limited parking especially for trucks.

Top floor was beautiful and for not having the pool fixed yet we got free access to the pool nearby!
Pool wasnt done yet:/ but public pool option was great!
