We got an upgrade from a King suite to a 2 bedroom King suite and it was glorious. It was like a full apartment with everything you coule need,, everything was clean, the views where incredible, there was no noise transference from other guests, the hottub was a lovely addition!
While I don't know if we could afford to stay in this suite again, it was an absolutely incredible experience. Highly recommend

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, enjoyed the gas fireplace. Japanese restaurant in the complex was very good. Staff were helpful and the apartment was very good value for money.
The only negative is that if you don't have a car, it's around a 20 minute walk to the supermarket.

It had a mountain view as mentioned in their description at Booking.com. The only legitimate thing.
Horrible corridors, bare minimum lighting as if a ghost will chase you down. Old carpets, bed had bedbugs and sofa was uncomfortable. It’s an old old property and not well maintained. The supervisor was too proud to acknowledge guests feedback.

Everything was excellent. Very clean, the staff was wonderful. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything that I needed. The bathroom was well stocked, and re-stocked each day with soap, fresh towels, and lotion. I would highly recommend staying here!

The basic room is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was still nice. Even though there was no stove or oven, we used the BBQ like an oven and it cooked our pizza to perfection, same with our quesadillas. SUPER quiet room!
It only had a stand-up shower, not a tub, and the hot tubs are rather far away, particularly in -30C weather. That, we found difficult. Also was a bit hard to get a hold of the front desk a couple of times.
