The property was so cozy! We loved the board game selections, fire place, steam room, and overall vibe of the whole place! Our room was beautiful and we loved that we were able to control our room’s temperature, as so many hotels just set the temp for you - usually freezing you out!

This was such a cute little bnb style cottage. I loved that there was a huge shared common area as well as a coffee bar, but the rooms were all private and extremely comfortable! I got way more space than I would have in a hotel for a fraction of the cost! Plus the staff was so sweet and even left out free homemade cookies one day which was such a nice surprise :)

This is truly a hidden gem in Canmore!! Such detail given to small touches! The steam shower and yoga space were lovely! The king size bed was very comfortable! Coffee and cookies were enjoyed!

My niece and I would stay there again. The beds live up to their name. The best and painless sleep I have had in years. My niece made the same comment. The atmosphere was cozy. The place was very clean. Trying out the Rocky Mountain Soap Company products in the bathroom sent us to their store downtown. And more than a couple of others. Haha ha
My only regret was that the cafe didn’t seem to be open during our stay and I didn’t see a bell. However it is very possible I didn’t look hard enough. ?
Hardly an issue with everything else being delightful.
I have no complaints to speak of.

The place was perfectly suited for what we needed. The steam room and salt scrub available was lovely after winter camping. The robes were incredibly soft. Love that they support the local Rocky Mountain Soap store. The shampoo was sooo good on the hair. Enjoyed the meditation area.

Pillows on the bed and the bed itself was incredible. My MIL got up multiple times through the night and the mattress didn't ripple when someone gets out of bed.
Common area was spacious and beautiful decorated. My MIL loved the record player and the ability to show an album off the wall.
The driveway to the parking lot is easy to miss

The last time we stayed at Creekside Villa was in November 2023, and we absolutely loved it — the place was clean, quiet, cozy, and the basement game room was such a fun touch!
This year, in early October, we planned a day trip to Canmore for my husband’s birthday. I secretly booked a standard room at Creekside Villa to surprise him with an overnight stay, since we had such a great experience before. I also added a small note in my booking asking if they did anything special for birthdays — I wasn’t expecting much, but they went above and beyond!
When I checked in online, I saw that our room had been upgraded to their King Loft Suite — their biggest room! And when we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of white wine, two glasses, and a handwritten “Happy Birthday” note from the Creekside Villa team. Such a thoughtful surprise!
They’ve also added some amazing new features since our last visit — there’s now a steam room (open 10am–8pm) and a cozy lounge area in the basement, where you can even pick a vinyl record from the wall and play it while you relax.
Everything was just perfect. Creekside Villa truly knows how to make guests feel special — we’ll definitely be back! ❤️
We love everything about Creekside Villa! But we are having problem submitting a review at BOOKING.COM platform. I am trying to add photos and mistakenly selected a food photo but there is no way to remove it. I refreshed the page and even restarted this review 3 times but it is still there.

The room is great. We didn’t mind the loft situation. It’s designed pretty nicely. Even had the eye trees looking in which we thought was so cool. The pillows though was uncomfortable. We arrived so late and the staff was so nice when we called. The homemade cookies in the jar, thoughtful! We enjoyed the Set up. It’s quite close to the Main Street. About 4-5 minutes away by car.
We didn’t like the pillows! Recommend to have a set of softer and a set of firm pillows. They were too high our necks hurt the next day so we were happy to leave to our next destination after… We stayed here for 2 nights.

Clean, enough parking. Friendly front desk staff.
Expensive for what we got. Not located near town, had to drive but then town parking is very hard. Room was extremely dark b/c not enough lighting and walls were all black. However one very high window had no covering, so still couldn't darkent for sleep. How they made it too dark and too light is beyond me! Also, pillows were extremely uncomfortable and way too big--neck hurt for several days afterward.
