The rooms were lovely and the pool (although cold!) was a good size. I had it to myself each morning !
We would prefer a buffet breakfast as we don’t want much in the morning.

Really good location. Easy access to Canmore Shops and a short walk to the main town. Lovely hotel with a lovely outdoor area. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you especially Dan on the front desk and Hunter ,Tea and Mira in the restaurant/ bar.
Paying the additional cost to park a car ontop of the room rate. Feel this should be included with the costs

It was a good hotel, had a pool and spa …. But just thought it was really expensive … on saying that everything in Canmore was expensive . Yes we were there at a long weekend …. But just don’t believe it could justify the cost .
If you are staying there … and the Hotel parking is not covered you shouldn’t have to pay for it!!… I just don’t believe you should need to pay for it whatever the cost !!!! Sorry just have an issue with Hotels charging for parking when you are a guest

Great position, easy walk into the town centre. Comfortable bed. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Our bedroom was "tired" and in need of a refurb. For instance the curtain rail was damaged and made the curtain difficult to open and close. Although there was a fridge in the room, considering the price of the room, there was not even a bottle of water provided for us.

Beautifully located, with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop just steps away.
The room was smaller than expected and overpriced for its size. No laundromat onsite. Paid parking.
