Location was great.
Thin walls, no microwave in the rooms. We could hear through the walls. A couple arguing all night, him punching the wall multiple times and waking us up and hearing them throw up and going to the washroom wasn’t a pleasant stay. Also the floor felt like I was going to go through it as it feels like it’s just plywood underneath no cushion at all.

Excellent and convenient location. Staff at reception was initially curt, maybe because she was inundated with guest after guest, but the rest of the staff were friendly and affable. Walking distance to a lot of nearby shops and cafes. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean. No water bottles in the room but you could drink tap water or take filtered water from the lobby. Wifi connectivity was good. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I liked the location and comfy room
There was no sleepers and amenities,bathroom we had to call the reception (even tho it's not cpvid anymore) most of the hotels have this set already ready. It was uncomfortable to be without sleepers and to go to the pool with outside shoes. We kindly asked for the late check out, but it was chargeable, no flexibility was offered.

Room was clean and updated with comfy beds.
The hotel lets its parking out to the general public for a fee via the use of a third party app. Signs are posted around the parking lot telling you to pay. I paid over 50$ for 12 hours of parking, only to find out that this only applies to the general public and the hotel guests pay a reduced fee inside. Unfortunately, this was not posted on all of the signs. We were unable to get it refunded, So really not happy about that. Signage should be more clear.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, very nicely decorated and had ample parking. The staff were all friendly.
The restaurant had a beautiful view of the garden, great food and exceptional service.
I cannot think of a single negative thing about our stay.
