The location was close to all the amenities I needed for a wedding I was attending. The restaurant had excellent food. The fitness centre and pool were extremely clean. Staff was very accommodating when it comes to seeking out a shuttle.
I had one staff member that refused to help me regarding the shuttle as it was a third-party business, but the other staff assisted me with no complaints

The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
You pay twice more than other comparable hotels and get a similar room with not very helpful staff. And they charge you for parking overnight which was new to us for a stay in Canmore! Breakfast was average, and the swimming pool requires a short walk outside. Overall the hotel doesn’t offer anything special making it worth 400$ per night.

I liked its proximity to the facility I had an appointment at as well as other retail places. It was very convenient.
I found our room to be really humid. We did not use the steam shower so I’m not sure why it was like that.
