They accommodated a coupoe of our requests. They even made a small gift for my daughter's birthday. Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean, comfortable. Location was walkable to roam around downtown.

The rooms are very tired and dated, the walls are paper thin and it’s very noisy as a result. It has a motel feel.

The beds were very comfortable.
No fault of the hotel but there was a very large group of medical students staying at the hotel for a conference. They were extremely noisy, chatting and giggling and laughing in the hallways until 1130 pm. I called the front desk and they sent up a security person to warn them to keep the noise down. It didn't stop. I ended up getting up at 11 pm asking them to stop the noise as I had a fever and was needing to get some sleep. The loud chatter and laughter continued until 1130 pm. I find this very dis-respectful of other guests booked into the hotel so consequently my comfort at the hotel that enabled a good night sleep did not exist that night I stayed there.
