Not specific to this hotel, widespread issue, just stop baths, new hotel here, put in shower cubicles!

Convenient location, walking distance to downtown.
Cleaning service was confusing, offered discount dining coupons to not have daily cleaning but an occasional ‘refresh’. The refresh was basically new towels - bed not made, toilet not cleaned, table not wiped.

Comfortable bed. Cyral (spelling??) at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions for dinner options
For the three days of our stay there was rubbish on the stairs the whole time. This area could do with some closer attention and cleanliness.

We liked everything about this property. It has a restaurant and lounge that we enjoyed one night. The best feature is the location. We walked everywhere! There is a delightful brewery, breakfast cafe and ice cream parlor directly across the side street. We easily walked to the charming town center, as well.
We also loved that our room had a sliding glass door that we could open for fresh air. There was no actual balcony but there was a railing and a balcony “feel”. We sat at the table in front of the open sliding door and enjoyed the breeze, fresh air, and live music coming from the patio.

Good location, pleasant interior decoration, clean and tidy, pleasant, helpful staff,
The room was an adequate size and well appointed although it was slightly smaller than usual by Canadian standards. No comfortable chairs or drawers for clothing. Pool was closed for maintenance.

Noisy air conditioner. The drapes kept falling off the hooks and I had to actually stand on a chair to hook them back on to close. For the price, I would expect breakfast and parking to be included.

Handy to walk into town. Nice view out the window. Mijela was very nice in reception.
Noisy air conditioning we turned ours off and heard next doors. Paying for car park.

the Restaurant is amazing! the pool and hot tub is so nice. not to cold and not too hot. the location cant be beat. all kinds of amenities across the street from brewers coffee to subway and some cute boutique restaurants!
