The location is walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, bakery. Few minutes drive to downtown Canmore. Beautiful view of the mountain is right by your window. We rented a 3 bedroom chalet for 5 people and it's perfect for a family.
We rented a 3 bedroom chalet with 5 people. This place would be perfect if there's 2 bathrooms. The one bathroom and half bath is just ok .

Great location
Unit was a subgrade unit, living area window looked out to a concrete wall with caution tape around pillars. The bedrooms had above grade wi does but we rented with another couple so when cooking and socializing it felt like a basement. Very expensive for this type of accommodation!

Disappointing
There is a train track running directly behind the property—literally just beyond the garden, not even a road away. The trains run frequently, including throughout the night, and the noise is extremely disruptive. After driving all the way from Vancouver, we were exhausted, yet the constant train noise kept us awake and made it very difficult to rest. Had this been clearly mentioned in the listing description, we would not have booked this property.

That this property had everything we needed. Even Iron and Iron board
Coffee machine was not good, coffee was cold when it’s done. Please replace it by a new one for guests. Also we had to bring an iron and the property already had one the email

Location was good. Beds were comfortable .
It was very dark and starting to look a little worn. Parking was terrible. No spots left late at night after returning from wedding. We had to over the road at the hospital.

It was spacious. My kids had their own bed. It was a home away from home. Close to shops.
We couldn’t access the keys because they gave us the wrong code for the lock box although resolved with the back up key lock box. The bathroom lights and exhaust didn’t work. It’s good we had emergency lights with us that we used for 2 nights.

Size, 3 bedrooms…
Outdated. Beds were comfy, but on springs, so noisy.
Shower pressure was like a watering can, water was warm, not hot… Fridge struggled to get cold. WiFi was unusable. And unfortunately, don’t forget the hourly trains rolling through at all hours. Tough getting sleep…

The location was just fine. And it was as advertised two bedrooms, kitchen living room bathroom
We liked everything about the property though there were some little damages here and there and it was a little bit dated. However, we were feeling that that was appropriate for the price. Only one issue was the checking information came well after 4 o’clock and on this particular trip that actually mattered

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping down town. Beds are very comfortable and has a kitchen stocked with the basics so you could cook your own meals if you wish. Grocery store is also close by.

It was a bit dated ie one chair was very worn, bedroom dresser would tip if more than one drawer was opened. Kitchen counter was peeling.

Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the sliding door was broken. This raised significant safety concerns, as the door did not function properly—leaving the space vulnerable and compromising both security and overall safety. As a guest, I had expected this issue to have been addressed prior to my stay.
Additionally, I was disheartened to find a broken window in the accommodation. This not only affected the comfort of the space but also gave the impression that maintenance had been neglected.
Further, the floor and carpet were dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor, which severely impacted the overall cleanliness and comfort of the unit.
Lastly, I would like to address the check‑out procedure, which I found quite unsatisfactory. Despite paying a $130 cleaning fee, I was still required to take out the garbage before checking out. This seemed unreasonable, especially since the cleaning fee should have covered all aspects of cleaning, including waste removal.
