It was clean, the kitchen and beds were super and we loved the pools.
There were no eating facilities, no bar or anywhere near to buy breakfast or a coffee.

The two bedroom 'apartment' was perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A very cozy space for family. The 2 bedroom lodge was nothing less than the feel of our own home.
Every small detail from the kitchen to the bathroom has been taken care.

At first, the price seemed a little high – but that was only until we walked in. As soon as we entered, our jaws dropped. A huge apartment with an enormous kitchen, a spacious living room, two beautiful bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, and even a dedicated work area. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped. Every convenience was there – coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave – absolutely everything you could want for a perfect family holiday. We were extremely happy with our stay and wish the owners all the very best and continued success!
Housekeeping should pay a bit more attention to cleaning the drains.

Loved the room and were surprised to see that we had a kitchen. Very comfortable rooms too with lots of space. The pool was awesome! Was nice to see two hot tubs so there was usually always room. One thing that was amazing was that even with a poolside view we couldn't hear the people down there at all when the sliding door on the balcony was closed. Wild!
There weren't any food options in the hotel. Like for room service or like a little snack shack or something. That would have been nice.

We have a 2 bedroom suite, it was actually a fully furnished apartment style, fully serviced hotel. I was not expecting big rooms in the mountains that also apartment style. We have a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities, our very own in suite laundry machines with washing detergent replenished daily. The house keeping was top notch. The location was also WOW. we are in loved with Canada because of the Mountains and will definitely return soon. There is so much to write but I want you to find out yourself by visiting Canmore make sure you stay at the Blackstone Mountain Lodge by CLIQUE.
The only thing I did not like was the time moved so fast that we did not get enough of it. I wish we could have stayed a few more days but every good thing ends very fast. I am hoping to go back soon.

Felt lucky to be accommodated for a very late booking due to a booking error at another lodging. Accommodations were very comfortable and staff were generally helpful. Overall a good experience.
Rates reflected late booking and location of course, but still measurably more than my original booking elsewhere. A 25 to 30 minute walk to Canmore town centre, which was a bit far for our mixed group. I had paid in full to booking.com at the time of reservation. However the hotel still put an additional hold on my credit card for the full cost of our stay, resulting in a temporary double charge. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THEY WERE DOING THIS AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN which upset me and it took several days after our stay to release the hold, following my direct request at check-out and follow-up contact. This would put me off staying at this hotel again!
