Total cost paid in advance was 800 CAD for one night - 1 room - 2 adults. On check in the staff would not even let us park let alone get a room key until I gave them a physical credit card for a 200 CAD incidentals charge - they would not accept Apple Pay (although strangely they did for the booking). The supervisor told me I had no other option but to find my card. This meant I had my bags open on the floor of reception looking for my wallet. It could have been far more gracefully handled.

Beautiful well maintained pool & hot tub facilities. Comfortable beds and lots of space for large groups & families. The kitchen is well equipped and our suite was very clean. We did not have to call the front desk for anything. Coffee & tea was supplied. In suite laundry was so nice with 3 kids, and soap was provided. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Excellent location and view. We will be back to stay again with Blackstone Mountain Lodge.

The location was good. Property was clean. Glad they had a fitness center and hot tub.
The front desk personnel was spotty. A couple said they would bring up an extra blanket and didn't the first night.
One was not helpful about tour information, however, we were extremely impressed with Krista and she was extraordinarily helpful. She had easy access to information we needed and was friendly and knowledgable.
