When we asked at check in if there was a Clique loyalty program (As we usually stay at the clique hotel in calagry, she responded, I think so, you would have y=to go online, it should be note that there were no other guests there ta the time, so she was not rushed, she just did not care this was Sunday Oct 19 at 4:00

The location was great! Perfectly nestled between kananskis (our fave) and Banff- walking distance to a cute dt area in Canmore, coffee shop, convenience store, liquor store

Rahul was friendly and quick to check us in. Spacious rooms and great kitchen set up. Loved the balcony with 4 chairs and table.
Parking was tight (luckily we had a small vehicle) but also saw big trucks parked too

Really the accommodations at the lodge were excellent. I suppose the location could be closer to the town… but really that was not a problem, for those who wanted to go on foot to the restaurants , etc. the weather was great at the end of the summer.

We loved having a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the suite. All staff were curious and knowledgeable. We liked the location being so close to all amenities.
The beds! Definitely recommend an upgrade in the beds. It’s going to take a few massages to work out the kinks from sleeping on both beds. We could feel the springs in the pull out bed. The bed in the bedroom was a bit better but not by much. With how expensive the hotel is, I was definitely expecting higher quality beds.

The room was large and perfect for our family with a small child. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and make ourselves at home. The apartment was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The only issue was the balcony faced the back and the freeway was loud, not an issue with the property though just simply location, certainly not their fault.

Kitchen well equipped, washer and dryer in the unit was really helpful, kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Great location, easy to walk to some restaurants and slightly longer but easy walk downtown Easy access to the highway: can avoid the crazy traffic going into town and we loved all the trails in the area. Beds were comfortable, black out curtains were amazing and we had no problems with noise
Elevators busy occasionally. When you arrive to check in, it is not clear where to park. Best place is probable the street otherwise there is some space between the street and the entrance where you can stop.

The two bedroom 'apartment' was perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A very cozy space for family. The 2 bedroom lodge was nothing less than the feel of our own home.
Every small detail from the kitchen to the bathroom has been taken care.
The place is much much better than the photos.
