Kids enjoyed the waterslide
Not the end of the world, but when we first arrived, there was a very strong weed smell in the lobby, so not sure if it came off someone’s body, or if someone was smoking it in the building? Like I said, not a big deal, but we just assume if the building is a non smoking building, that we wouldn’t smell weed.

The beds, pillows and dog accommodations were very nice! Bed and pillows super comfortable.
I didn’t use it, but the games that were available are a nice touch. Breakfast was good.
Gym was great trip. Too bad not much equipment.

Room 405’s door!!!
Turns out it’s no fault of the guest directly.. but that door jams before it shuts completely so you have to push or pull it real hard to close it and can be heard from other rooms crystal clear. This needs to be fixed! When paying 400$ a night or more you’d think you’d get better doors.
Staff tried to address it but the door is time for repair
Waterslide was utterly packed with kids with very little breaks so we chose to avoid it.
Wifi on the fourth floor is spotty

Upon check staff member was on her phone. She finished what she was doing before helping. We pay dog fee but we were never provided with the dog bed and food dish. We asked for a dog bed but never received one.

Room was a bit rough. Cleaning wasn’t done behind the bed side tables, noticeable dust and dirt is building up. The phone in the room didn’t work. The furniture is very old, scratched and falling apart. For how much money it costs to pay for one night ($300+) the cost doesn’t align with the quality of the room. Location was great and convenient walking distance to downtown.
