The pool and waterslides are clean and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.
The aircondition does not seem to maintain an ideal temperature. Conditioner in the bathroom is empty. Some sound coming from the nearby highway.

Large rooms with fireplace. Great shower & Jetted tub. View of mountains out every window.
Nice to get breakfast included. Lovely staff.
Noisy screaming kids in hot tub … maybe have done adult designated times?
Beds are getting tired. Lots of construction near the hotel taking away from the ambiance.

All the amenities it was a beautiful place
Our window didn’t open we couldn’t get any fresh air. Our room was way too hot. We did not have any heat on at all.
Our door did not close as a hotel door Should, you actually had to pull it shut and make sure it was shot before you left.
And I was surprised they had no outdoor patio or a place to sit and enjoy the view

The room size was spacious and the kitchen nook area was perfect for preparing lunches and light dinners!!
The only thing I would recommend would be hand sanitizer in several areas of the breakfast hall. There were so many people there/families. People coughing and we all had to touch the same tongs/serving spoons.

I love that the hotel room did not have a carpet, this is very much hygenic. The breakfast was very good. It had good essentials and to the choice of guests. The pool also is a good size pool and combined with the small dry hot room and hot pool it is a very good fiture.
The TV control in the room did not work, despite of letting know reception this was not changed.

Breakfast very limited, no enough common areas (the one seating area in front of reception was constantly taken up by a family that spent all day sitting there), pool seating limited, property is a little dated
