On arrival there was a smell of urine coming from the washroom, and the variety of different hairs on the bed sheets felt really unclean. The shower curtain smelled really bad, probably because it is very close to the toilet. Floor was dusty. We asked for a new curtain and the staff provided it next day. After a gross first day we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Close the things in town, clean, lots of communications from management. Thought trains would be a problem but they were OK

The recycled rubber flooring outside on the first floor balconies had a really strong snell of burning rubber. I can't imagine how it will smell in the hotter weather. The door to the hot tub area is on an automatic closer but is to fast and needs adjusting . It shut on my daughters fingers, cutting and badly bruising them. I had to go to reception to get ice and the gentleman in reception said I was the second on that day .

Convenient easy check-in with free parking. Had a hot tub with a cool few sadly didnt get to use.
Advertised as a queen one bedroom with a sofa bed but its a small double bed and there was no linens in the room for the sofa bed.

Location was great, an easy walk to town and easy access to the highway. Having Rocky Mountain Bagel Co next door was an unexpected bonus! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and loved having Rocky Mountain Soap products in the bathroom. The check in process was incredibly simple.
I only wish that the unit had a bit more natural light. But thats just me nitpicking.

Laundry worked well
No privacy at either front or rear of unit so could not open blinds. View straight into bedroom from main road pedestrian footpath.
Noise from upstairs unit - person walking / stomping around unit at various times overnight woke us up a number of times.
Major main road works outside building affected traffic and pedestrians going home at night outside window. Disturbing.
One bedside night table - only drawer in room - with no light on one side of bed the otherside had a log stump with a light on top.
Lounge in living area, springs on left side of the couch appear to have passed their use-by date.
