Quiet, clean
Weather was poor, it rained entire trip. Pool closed, hot tub busy at times, tried to access games room but unable to use because it was busy every time we went because of people from private event upstairs.

The location..
Pool was closed...No room service...Had to take garbage out ourselves...Had to go to the main desk every day to ask for tea, sugar and toiletries replenishment as there was no room service.

Wonderful
The place is perfect for our mini retreat for our youth and young professionals. A very solemn place to restart and seek the Lord in this serene and beautiful place, surrounded by the mountains and nature. Perfect for a prayer walk, morning run and others.
Was not able to use other amenities due to maintenance. Some of the cabins have broken screens.

It was very tired looking. The pool permanently closed pending a renovation. The hot tub was out of use too as water was being changed. The staff were unenthusiastic.

We had a wonderful experience with BanffGate! The staff was very friendly and our chalet was tidy and clean upon arrival. Parking is available right in front of each chalet. The view of the mountains from our deck was incredible! As a group of 5 we felt we had plenty of room and we weren't on top of each other - we stayed in a deluxe 2br cabin. We didn't spend much time here as we were out hiking most of the day, but coming home to a hot shower with good water pressure and possibly the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on was fantastic. The lodge offers movie and game rentals as well, great ways to unwind. I would definitely stay here again!

Your place is so beautiful. How special to get up and see the mountains right out the window.
I loved this place. I hope they are able to put some capital into minor repairs so it can stay open for a long long time.

Loved the spacious chalet . Great view. Very comfortable. Laundry facilities were open late which was nice Check in and out was seemless
Not a dislike but did not expect the dirt bumpy road. We had a vehicle prepared for that but just a heads up if you have a low riding car just be aware. Definitely not a complaint. Pool was not open but we knew ahead of time. No air conditioning but lots of fans.
