The foyer is spacious as well as the breakfast area. The room as well is spacious. Bed is comfortable. I needed an extra pillow and Anastacia made sure I was able to get additional one before we came back from our trip. The pool was decent in size but the slide was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast.
They closed the pool for a private function without signage and we had to leave after only 15 min of being in it. They apologized for the miscommunication though and offered a small compensation to make up for it.

The location was good. The breakfast was ok too.
The breakfast used to have waffles ? but they are gone! The eggs were good but the sausage patty was not my taste. I prefer bacon or ham slices. The rest of the food was good.

Location was good, breakfast selection was nice, staff was friendly.
We stayed in a family suite with 2 king beds. I took a nap and then realized I slept in dried urine—it was disgusting. Front desk took over 40 min to move us to a new room which was much better and cleaner. They did not offer a discount or free laundry.

Place was mostly clean and staff were friendly. The room was also very spacious.
A/C kept turning on and off throughout the night which made the room feel too warm. Some dirt on the chair and stools in our room once we checked in.

We stayed for 4 nights.
On our checked in day the room given to us was not cleaned yet so we’re transferred. Unfortunately this time the shower tub drainage was not draining properly. Maintenance staff tried fixing it but didn’t worked as on our last night of using it’s completely blocked already. Also I need to buy a washroom air refresher to get it of foul odour.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were soft and good-sized. In-room coffee was actually drinkable! The breakfasts were good; every day (we stayed 3) there were 2 different hot items. Other items included cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, pancakes, juice, coffee, etc.
Our a/c was preset and unpredictable in terms of when and for how long it came on. We got very cold and unplugged it at one point, and then hot hot when it wouldn’t come on. We heard a lit of noise from the people upstairs late at night.
