Free shuttle from and to the airport was great. Breakfast was amazing with many options. Swimming pool and hot tub were large and well-maintained.

Neat, clean, well located and excellent service.
I really liked the breakfast selection and area. The overall ambiance is commendable. It will be easy to recommend your hotel.
A couple of channels had poor quality which was a minor problem as they both carried the hockey game. Talk about trivial.

Location and variety in breakfast
They don’t provide room service for consecutive 3 night of stays. When I asked at front desk to provide me new towels after 3 night stays the front desk clerk ask me to bring down the soiled towels to be replaced with fresh ones. When I asked why guest is required to bring down soiled towels, I was told that its a hotel policy. So ridiculous…

Was happy with the stay and hotel. I provided one card that could only be charged for incidentals and another to charge the room. I made it very clear that the room could not be charged to the one card. They charged the room to my debit visa at check in like requested after checkout they reversed the charge to that card and put the full payment on the card that was only to have incidentals

Shuttle efficient, space clean, nice staff. Perfect for our short stay.
We got to the room in the late webbing and the TV furniture was clearly moved as it seems like someone had tried to access the wires behind. Our TV did not work. A wire was just hanging around. We told the front desk via text and even if they offered a different room, we were too tired to move.
