The cleanliness of the hotel was unexpected. The rooms were really clean and well kept. My wife loved it.
We checked in quite late, around 2:40am and was hoping to get a good rest before leaving to Regina but we had a bad experience with the neighbouring tenants (young kids), where we were kept up all night long till 5:00am. Banging and knocking on every door

The girl receptionist needs customer service skills.she wasn't too friendly. The bed was not comfortable for my liking. But that's my opinion.

I like that it was close to all the places I needed to be while I was in Calgary. I love that it is pet friendly. The staff were amazing.

We really liked the location and that there was a breakfast provided. The beds were comfortable and the rate was fairly good. Good customer service...they come to replace towels daily!
The blow dryer did not work, but they gave us a handheld replacement. We couldn't seem to get the heat to work well, and because there was an odd stale smell in the room, we needed to keep windows open for fresh air. The bath water wasn't as warm as we would have liked. It would be nice to have usb plugs in the room, as well as fluffier pillows.
