Location was close to restaurants and the funeral location
It was a complete joke. We didn't get the rooms i booked. My mother inlaw uses a walker. Asked for handicapped accessible room didn't get it. She couldn't shower because there were no safety bars and she couldn't get in the tub. Went to get ice and found a used condom in the machine. YES I have pictures. Had to go buy ice. Went for breakfast at 7am no food just a couple bagels. Took half an hour for the water to get hot. The air-conditioner didn't work and the girl at front desk was rude didn't care about our issues and refused to add my rewards number. I booked 4 rooms for family traveling for a funeral paid over $1100 and the whole situation just added to our stress.

I booked 3 rooms here for my family for a trip to Callaway Park and the zoo. The rooms had chairs in them and in one of the rooms the chair looked like it had years of cum stains all over it. It was disgusting! We were traveling with little kids so we covered it with a towel and made them stay away. The table had some kind of a gross film on it and the rooms in general weren't very clean. The bathtub drain in all three rooms didnt drain so the tub filled up When showering and took quite some time for the water to eventually go down. The hallways were filthy, in three days we were there they were not vacuumed once. They offer free breakfast but the room was so small that there was no room anyone to really eat, people were standing and trying to eat and there definitely wasnt room in there for our family with 4 kids so the last two days we were there we went elsewhere for breakfast. The Friday and Saturday night there was a group of loud drunk people making all kinds of noise in the halls from 1-2 am, nothing was done about that so my daughter ended up going and yelling at them to go in their rooms and be quiet as they had woken up some of the kids. The bed however was comfortable.
If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for work or whatever then maybe this place would work for you but i don't recommend for families or anyone who like things to be clean.

The location is good — it’s near Chinook Mall and close to essentials, which was convenient.
The hotel is old, and you can really tell by the structure. I’m not sure if they plan to renovate. The room was organized but did not feel clean at all, and there was a very bad smell inside. The TV in our room didn’t work. The staff were not accommodating or friendly — we weren’t even greeted when we arrived, and no one smiled or made us feel welcome. The price is not reasonable for what you get. The breakfast was very basic — only boiled eggs and bread, nothing more.

There was nothing that I liked about my stay
I booked a stay at this hotel late evening for the day of. One would think that booking at 10 pm the night of your stay and arriving at 11 pm, you wouldn't have to pay $200 just to rest your head quickly. You would think that you could find something decently priced. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Funny enough, the moment I checked in and lay down on the rock hard mattress, I checked the rates again and the SAME location, for the SAME mobility room I was in was now only $165 (with taxes included)... I brought this up to them and asked them to refund the difference and they refused.
So not only did I have to pay $200 to stay in a room for 12 hrs (11 pm to 11 am), they refused to accept the new listed price that popped up moments after I checked in which wasn't showing when I originally booked. But the mattress was rock hard. The floors were so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on when walking around. The bathroom mirror was being held up with pieces of white duct tape. The bedding was so thin and quite honestly didn't have a clean smell at all (something I didn't want to put too much thought into after the night I had). The parking was so full that I had to park in front of a seacan. And these people give you absolutely no grace and start trying to kick you out right at 11 am on the dot. Immediately at 11 am I had a knock from housecleaning to already come in and kick me out. Yes, I know check out is 11 am, but I was running a few mins behind getting myself and my child together to leave and when I told her I needed a couple more mins, I had front desk coming to knock on my door to kick me out at 11:05 am. Which i told her as well I needed 5 mins.
They also do not have an elevator. So if you are on the other floors, you'll be walking up stairs with your luggage. Something I wasn't able to do being I am disabled, so they had to put me on the 1st floor.
I would not recommend this place to stay.

My friends and I were there for the Stampede and you couldn't beat the location! It was only a 10 min walk to the train station and only 2 stops from there. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and the outdoor pool was nice.
I had to ask for more towels twice because the housekeeping staff would only leave 2 in our room even though our reservation was for 4. They also never came back to make the room up when we had a late start.
