Pleasant
Location was convenient to my need. Got a decent breakfast. Beds were clean, big and cozy.
Swimming pool was unavailable though we booked only after seeing it, room felt little unpleasant, the sounds from vehicle parked right outside our door was a disturbance in the night. Room lighting appreciate some upgrade.

We did not eat breakfast at the facility.
Our check in was not good. Computer problems. The young girl at the desk was very nice and handled the situation well. I do not feel she should have been there alone. Not safe and not professional.

How room had no heat, front desk was aware and offer a space heater. We were there with our baby. Doors not sealed and can hear every noise from the hallway, all night long. No sleep wouldn't stay here again... EVER

Located across from Chinook Mall. Lots of restaurants close by.
The staff are not friendly, bad smell in the garbage can - I took the bag out and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, room was cleaned very basic - we found garbage from previous customers and clothes left behind a lamp. Second floor is not accessible friendly. You can hear every sound in the hall and outside - not for a light sleeper.

I can't remember the name of the lady who was covering the desk for the night shift, but she was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good for the price.
The single use cutlery/plates for breakfast, not very eco friendly
