Location and value
I have a slight mobility issue. Stairs were a little challenging. Still able to make it to the second floor.

Front desk staff wasn't great. Communication was lacking. Also the bathtub was a huge safety hazard, they obviously had a new tub installed over the old one and there was water trapped in between the layers, felt like walking on a waterbed.

Location was convenient to my need. Got a decent breakfast. Beds were clean, big and cozy.
Swimming pool was unavailable though we booked only after seeing it, room felt little unpleasant, the sounds from vehicle parked right outside our door was a disturbance in the night. Room lighting appreciate some upgrade.

We did not eat breakfast at the facility.
Our check in was not good. Computer problems. The young girl at the desk was very nice and handled the situation well. I do not feel she should have been there alone. Not safe and not professional.
