Breakfast was great, lots of options. But barely any seating myself and 4 kids had to eat in our room.
Waterslide was a hit with my kids but it splashes into the hot tub and you get soaked
We stayed in the family suite. The bunk beds were squeaky, if you moved even a bit it was so loud.

A man took pictures of my teen daughter while she was in the pool. He was not even asked to leave the hotel they offered me 20% off for that day or we could leave and we would have any surcharges. The incident was caught on Camera

Location was good and they placed us on quiet side of hotel. Also because we were there on Thursday the water slide and pool was to ourselves.
Hot Breakfast could change after a couple days and there could actually be the frozen strawberries that other places have for waffles. It was okay.

The newly renovated hot tub is really nice and they keep the pool reasonably warm, at least it was the days I was there. I do wish all hotels would keep the pool area open longer at least until midnight , even if they only allow adults after 9. Not sure why it is closed at all .
Pool closed to early , check in is. I earlier than 3 and checkout is at 11. You only have the room for 20hours at most many people arrive later and must leave early in the morning often spending on average 9-11 hours, if you add in going out for a meal or the event that brought you to the hotel it about 6 hours to sleep. I think hotel fees should reflect the check in and check out times 11:30-11am fallowing day is a fair rate giving 30 min to clean. Hotels are rarely completely booked and if that’s the case extra staff could be hired to clean with the revenue from full booking. Prices are high and I think consumers are becoming more concerned and demanding of proper value and less unfounded claims and excuses
