Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast offerings were excellent. Cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit , eggs, sweet buns, sausage.
Bathtub was old,chipped and slippery. Carpets in room and public areas in need of replacement. Only one hand towel. Only one regular coffee.

The saving grace of this hotel was that it was fairly close to some places where we could eat otherwise we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere in particular which was difficult as we did not have any transport.
I did not realise that it was 35 minutes taxi ride from the airport (which could be my fault for not reading it properly) but it literally was in the middle of nowhere. The greeting we had was very luke warm. My daughter's room was not ready when we arrived (past the 3pm check in time) and we were told that they would call us when it was. However they did not call and we had to chase them about it. When we got in the room it clearly smelt like somebody had been in there with a dog previously and that it hadn't been cleaned properly. For breakfast if you didn't like bagels with scrambled eggs there was no alternative! Not the hotels' fault but we had some very noisy people above us and we could practically hear everything they were saying (very late at night).
