The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choices. We didn't realize how far from the city center it was, but that was our mistake. If you want easy access to the south and east of the city, it's well located.
During the weekend there were youngsters participating in a sports tournament of some sort. They were quite noisy in the hallways into the evening.

Blankets were very thin on bed. Breakfast was not really great. Room was in need of a very deep clean, dirty walls, light switches, carpet ect. Hot tub under construction.

The staff were very friendly at the front desk and at breakfast. Really, it was our first trip to AB and everyone in the hotel, including guests were nice. The hot tub was under construction and there was some confusion about if we could use the pool or not. The chatted with the construction workers and 5 minutes later we were in the water.
We also liked the location. It was further away from the airport than we expected, but we had lots of choices for meals, with Walmart, Dollarama, Shoppers, CT all within walking distance.
It was a great price for our 2 nights. We were expecting a "value" option but it was better than that. We don't have any complaints.

The staff were friendly.
The hotel car parking was not safe as my car was burgled overnight. My ear bud was stolen, and some gift cards worth $250.
