The breakfast was just not at par with other hotels. Just carbs, coffee and juice. No protein at all.

Location was expecting.
It's very old hotel. Not clean at all.I have asked about wine opener. The front desk did not have it. Brekferst very poor. I will not stay there again.

The property was easy to get to, lots of parking
Room was cold, took awhile to heat up. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Not enough blankets in the room

It is the staff that makes this hotel what it is. They could not have been more helpful. It is very well operated, very clean, quiet and consistently good. For a budget hotel a person cannot go wrong. The breakfast while modest is more than satisfactory.

Friendly staff.
Shuttle from the airport to the hotel cost $10, but shuttle from the hotel to the airport was free. I wish we had known that before waiting for the shuttle from the airport before our stay.

Reception staff were welcoming, & I had no problems with registration - despite not completing the "on-line" registration that was requested via email. Room was clean, fridge worked, bed was comfy.
More choices of jam flavours at breakfast would be nicer than just "strawberry". A door/cover on the freezer compartment of the fridge would probably make freezer more efficient.
