The staff were very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable.
The room wasn't very clean. The tv remote was covered in something crusty, and the ceiling had a few feet of some kind of spray on it. I also found it odd that the bathroom had hand soap, shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Why not have one soap (that isn't strapped to the wall) for hands and body, and offer conditioner?

Location is good staff is friendly and room was comfortable.
Did not have any water available to purchase. Breakfast is coffee and a little fruit/cereal.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Breakfast was pretty awful. Missed having a waffle maker - nice to have something hot. Cereal choice was not good or heathy. There was not enough fruit out as basket was emptied after someone took low quality bananas and coffee was on the weak side. Overall not impressd with breakfast.

Location. Building. Amenities were average. No problems with that
We left a room deposit as per request. 100. Six days later its still not back on our card. Its a hassle when this happens and you feel like you have call back to remind them!

poor quality service. The guy at reception desk kept disappearing for long time. No bells to get his attention. Waited 30 min for him to come to reception to check out...

I recently stayed at the Super 8 and was disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards. The staff member handling the breakfast items did not use gloves and was touching food with his hands while also using his cell phone. He was also scratching his beard and leg, which made the situation even more unsanitary.
The hotel had an unpleasant smell throughout the common areas, and the floors were not clean. My room also did not appear to be properly cleaned before my stay.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel until they improve their hygiene and cleanliness practices.
