We stayed one night at Super 8 Calgary Airport before a flight. The location was decent with plenty of food options nearby. The blackout curtains were great and helped us get some rest.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The refillable shampoo and soap bottles were grimy and clearly not maintained. The bathroom wasn't clean either, especially outside of the toilet area. Breakfast was very basic—just toast, jam, bananas, and muffins.
Check-in was also a mess. We had to wait half an hour with a baby because they gave our room to someone else due to a system issue. Instead of fixing it quickly, we were left waiting in the hallway.

It was a decent enough price, and it was very quiet.
I went to the front desk to ask for extra pillows, they said they didn't have any. So I asked for a blanket and gave mt room number. The blanket never came.
The valve behind the toilet was leaking water and made a small puddle behind the toilet. I mentioned it to the desk and nothing happened.
I went to make coffee in the morning and was surprised to find old coffee still in the pot. Yuck. Definitely wasn't cleaned. What else did they not clean?
The breakfast was so minimal it barely qualified as breakfast. Dry bread, jam, and 4 yogurt cups count as left overs not a breakfast. Not even peanut butter

There was blood stains on my bed as well as other gross stains , there room was full of someone else hair and obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly
Slept on top of the sheets with no blanket
The room smells like dirty diapers

The location was conveniently close to the airport, making access and commuting easy. The washroom was clean and equipped with basic essentials.
The mattresses were uncomfortable and made noise with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
