Very clean, nice rooms with super comfy beds!
We had hoped to spend some time at the pools and hot tub but was completely over run with kids just being kids. It would be great to set aside an hour or two a day that is adults only.

Nothing.
Staff inside the pool was very rude when we were trying to buy ice cream before closing at 930. The lady pointed up at the clock to show us that they were closing. There was 3 staffed inside the pool area and not one of them had a problem with grown men swimming in just their underwear. The pool was very busy with lots of kids around.
The room was very small, uncomfortable beds and you can hear every single thing from the hallways and rooms around you.
The lady in the restaurant was extremely rude , so much so I got up and went back to my room without ordering. The food that my kiddos and husband ordered wasn’t fit to eat. All three of them left the plates just about full . Only taking a few bites each! We will never be back to this hotel

the rooms were well kept and was the easiest check in i have ever had so quick.
The only thing is the water park is getting dated looking. And there was a fire alarm that went off sunday just before we left.

Loved the swimming pool, the room was huge, and the view was amazing.
What I didn’t like was the amount of pet hair on the carpet. There was a lot, and I didn’t expect that we were given a pet-friendly room. I have a baby who crawls, so it was really concerning.
