The location
Almost everything. The room was falling apart, dirty, outdated, and cramped. I asked to be switched and even offered to pay for an upgraded room but was denied.

We stayed in a suite which was very nice. Having a Denny's share the same property (open 24hrs) was certainly convenient. Plenty of parking.
There were kids sports teams roaming the halls making noise until 11:30pm. Tried contacting the front desk, but no answer. Got a cryptic call the next day "How is your stay? Any issues?", so likely staff saw several unreturned calls the day prior. Great hotel, but if you book in kids teams, patrol the halls from time to time and deal with the noise. Great hotel, but kids running and screaming in the hallways until midnight is a deal breaker for a return stay.

Easy parking, good for getting right on the highway and to your destination
Dirty! Food or some sort of drink poured down the side of the walls. Bunk bed had multiple scratches and what looked like teeth marks. The overhead for the curtains had old (what looked like) fold chunks. My kids found numerous amounts of left over items under the beds- croc jibbits, spray caps, popcorn, weird metal pieces.
Spiders, pill bugs and multiple beetles every day in the bathroom and kitchenette area.
Plumbing was awful, first night the toilet ran all night. Despite letting front desk know, no one came to fix. I don’t know how in a hotel you run out of hot water but not even enough to run my kids bath.

Convenience.
The hotel is tired and worn out, you can definitely tell. There was a razor guard left in our bathroom from previous people. Hot water was finicky. Pretty sure the "king" bed was a queen. Small room. Not worth it's pricing of over $150/nt.

The check in went very well, the front desk manager was really helpful.
He pointed out where all the amenities of the property were and also what was available in the surrounding area.

We had to make a last minute decision to stay overnight and it was nearby and affordable. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
No real complaints - it isn’t fancy but it doesn’t pretend to be.

Furniture was dirty, the shower was not functioning. It took 15 minutes for hot water to get up to my room. There was a piece of plastic covering a hole in the shower wall. Shower handle looked like it was pieced together from different shower pieces. Not enough accessible plugs.

The location was great, close to the highways we needed, Starbucks and food and gas options. Check in and out was super quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The air conditioner in our room was incredibly loud and lead to us not being able to sleep well with it on. The hotel in general was very noisy especially from the halls (not great soundproofing). Also the shower temperature was very one extreme or the other, it was hard to get a temperature that was “just right”.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. One of the guests had too much to drink and they managed it very professionally and checked on everyone through out the entire evening. The staff were friendly and kind through the whole stay. Rooms were very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking to book here with their family.
