There was no breakfast sadly. That would be convenient. At least some muffins and bagels. The hotel is clean and near lots of shopping and food. Checkin was quick.
We were given a room looking out onto a dingy rooftop. Maybe because we used a booking service for a better rate???

Very modern and clean. Security seemed good at hotel. Bathroom was very spacious and very good water pressure.

Location is good but access with construction is poor. Hotel staff are not up to date on problems of ingress and egress.
Poor access directions. Temperature control in room was poor and uncomfortably cold to sit in tv area. Also, climate control poor in sleeping area. Bed marginal and no grab bars in shower.

It was well maintained in the lobby and the rooms when we got there were cleaned.
The hot tub was not working, we also didn’t know we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned daily this should have just been done automatically… other then that, it was well maintained

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and bed was very comfortable and quiet. Central to where we needed to be. Inside of the hotel was clean, and pretty nice.
Smoking lounge facility at the main front door had a number of people in it and partially obstructed access to the main front lobby door both times we arrived at the hotel during our stay. This needs to be cleaned up more often, and better yet moved to another location farther from the main front door so non smoking guests don’t have to work their away around the smoker to access the building. Perhaps it was just a busy night, but not a very good first impression. We will be back to see what it’s like next time.

Everyone was very nice. The property was clean. It was a very fun place to stay!
We couldn’t get our room cleaned without asking a few times. When it did get cleaned the door was left open and not pulled to and left open all day while we were out. They had it fixed and apologized.

The wall-supported table in the room’s kitchenette was not secured properly. When I accidentally bumped into the table, it fell to the floor.

The room was set up nicely.
It had a balcony which was nice.
It was so nicely situated for restaurants and shopping!
The carpet was damp, most likely due to recent cleaning. But, that made the room have a smell and dampness.
Also, there were some bugs on the slider doors.
Was very noisy by the stairs door.

This place is in a great location with a super well-lit parking lot. The lobby is a spacious and inviting area with a cozy spot to watch TV. The staff at the front counter were really friendly and professional, and everything looked neat and tidy. My wife was thrilled to learn that they have laundry facilities on-site, with coin-operated machines. The swimming pool may be a bit small, but it’s still fun and the hot tub works great. They were happy to accommodate our request for two rooms side by side, and it was no problem at all. Rooms being on the second floor it was great the know they had elevators to make taking things up easier. The rooms were very clean, with plenty of storage space for our belongings and all the necessary amenities. The furniture looked brand new and in good condition, and the bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. The shower and tub were spotless from top to bottom, and the towels were super clean too.
I found the room we stayed in to be on the high humid side. Though the bedding and blankets were very clean, I can feel the humidity affected them. The biggest bummer was that we didn’t get any breakfast except for coffee and a granola bar. The fruit on the side didn’t look very fresh, and an apple was bruised from something heavy placed on top of it. They said we could go to the Denny’s on the property, but considering how much we paid, it would have been nice to at least get a discount coupon for breakfast during our stay. So, we decided to have breakfast at McDonald’s instead to stay within our budget.

They charged me on the booking.com app and then when I got to the hotel deleted that reservation and charged me through the hotel so I had to pay for both. Still working on my refund
