Rooms are nice, staff were friendly
Streets outside felt sketchy at times. Kids left unattended in the pool to run and jump in next to people, feel staff should be checking on that

Location is awesome, staff are amazing.
Unfortunately, some mornings the water was cold in the shower (could be that it was minus 5 outside) also we went for breakfast at Moxies, and we did not get very good service, kept getting missed.

Location was excellent for what I needed.
Bed was super comfy.
Air con and room temperature was tricky to get right.
