Kitchenette ,design of the room.
My rooms AC was broken they could not fix it for hours. Could not give me a discount coz I booked through you guys. Also charged me $70 CAD more through booking so I am disappointed. Very dirty. My room windows had a dead mosquito. The bathroom did not flush. And in 2 days I spent more than $500 at this useless property. I thought I was staying at Mariott but experience was like a degraded 1 star motel. Also when I tried to book properties for the next day, they were quoting very high prices because it is Sep loong weekend. It is not Mariott. It's just residence Inn.

We stayed at the hotel on an onite transit in Calgary. Shuttle pick up was right on time. Reception staff were friendly & helpful despite it being midnight. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great. Staff were friendly. Shuttle dropped us right at hire car pick-up. Perfect stay.

Room was very spacious! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was very good.
The outside walls by the large windows in our rooms made a cracking sound. At first we thought we were being hit by golf balls from the course outside but after a while ( with no golfers on the course!) we figured it was the joints contracting and expanding in the weather. Very loud and a little disconcerting. Disappointing that there was no hot tub or ice machine.

Close to Calgary airport.
There is a sagging mattress spring on the sofa bed in the room 6633 and those springs are sticking out and hurting..There was not a mattress on that sofa bed, but just a mattress cover. It is embarrassing The Marriott Residence Inn have these kind of bedding for guests.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom sink to wash hands. We had to call and ask for it.
It was hard to find hotel. There is a sign on the intersection with the name of 2 Marriott hotels: Courtyard and Residence.. It was impossible to see the Residence inn from the road, so we went to the Courtyard and after we were told that it is not Residence Inn we were looking for it around. The side road to the hotel is in a terrible condition with huge potholes on it. Ii feels like we were driving on a country road without any maintenance. It is not up to standards. We did not get what we paid for.

Beautiful place, super friendly staff, delicious restaurant in the hotel with good size portions. The pool is cool, it is on the third floor with a sauna and a patio to view the planes leaving (close enough to see them well but far enough not to hear them loudly. And the rooms are so quiet too.

Clean, bed is comfortable, complimentary parking.
If the shower head has hand held option, that would be good. Don’t like the taste of the turkey sausages in breakfast. Hear some engine sounds, guess because it is near the airport.
