Liked the location; friendly reception staff, especially Mark and yuna; they were very friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping could have been better; didn't have clean sheets replaced; and our rubbish bins were not emptied.

The guests in the room next to us opened their suite doors at 5:30 am. They had two screaming kids that ran up and down the halls. When the front desk was told they struggled their shoulders and said we will comp the parking, which was to included with the room cost.
Don’t put grown adults on the same floor as young families or ensure there is a standard rule around quiet tome between 10 pm and 8 am

Lovely one bed apartment. Even had an electronic toilet seat, that could give you a wash & dry
Not very well insulated from noise, we could hear other people's mobile phones ringing in our room.

Everything we needed was in queen suite we stayed in. Clean and very comfortable. Staff generally very friendly and helpful.
A bit of a mixup on check-in. Our request for early checkin had been ignored and after sitting for 1/12 hr, at 4 pm, room still not available. After dealing with one staff member with little success, a second staff member quickly realized that someone else had been given our room. She apologized and upgraded us with no charge, also reported this to manager.

Spacious room, nice bathroom, had everything we expected. The staff were amazing. I particularly want to highlight Gigi (apologies if not the correct spelling). She went above and beyond and no task was too small for her. She massively helped us out in navigating the parking situation and helping us get our bags to our room. Truly exceptional and credit to the staff. The free coffees and fitness centre also pretty good. We have stayed here before because of the value for money but I think we will return now because of the good service, too.
