Quite well situated in the city. Easy stroll to inner city area.
The room required good and thorough clean. The linen on the sofa bed had been overlooked and on our opening the sofa bed discovered used linen ( which was changed promptly by the helpful staff, the point is the linen should have been clean and fresh.
There was insufficient towels for the number of guests, similar situation regarding crockery and cutlery. 5 guests room fitted out for 4.

The room sizes and the apartment were very huge. The kitchen was fully functional, and vessels were clean. The room service was awesome and very friendly staff had made our stay very comfortable. Everything was very nice in the apartment.
The bathroom size is very small, and only one bathroom makes it difficult for the family to stay. But the price makes it less to worry about it. The ambience should be improved and should have more lights in the whole in apartment.

Location is so convenient to move around downtown, or train. Bed was super comfortable, big space. A bit old but renovated
The elevator is soooooooo slow , it took forever always, and the other elevator was broken. Was so slow that people was joking all the time about it. And only one elevator made it difficult to use it specially when housekeeping staff was using it with their trolleys

This hotel is much better than it looks from outside. A very nice surprise! Rooms are large and well equipped with everything you need and even more (kitchen corner, large fridge, dishwasher etc.). Bed very comfy....A really good value for money!
Noise... The main street just under the windows. And also neighbours who return home 4:30 AM and make noise like bunch of rednecks.... But neither of those two can be influenced by the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hairdryer wouldn't work initially, but staff came and fixed it immediately; they were all friendly and helpful.
The room was quite dark as it had small windows. Needs better lighting. Decor a little tired.

Location was fine and very convenient for tours leaving Calgary . Was clean and comfortable. Small gym had everything I needed. Grab and go breakfast was fine for $5 - and we were glad to have grabbed it on an early morning tour meet.
Staff werent particularly friendly or helpful. Id asked about an early check in before arrival via email on a couple of occasions, as we were coming off a long haul flight. I understand these cant always be accommodated, however was told they would make a note and accommodate they could. Upon arrival about 11:30 I asked about the possibility of early check in. The lady said the room wasnt ready, I asked if she had any idea if we were able to checkin early as per my email and she said the room should be ready soon and to come back about 12:30-1:00. So we took ourselves off to explore a bit of Calgary and returned at about 1:30 - when we got there were told quite abruptly the room wasnt ready and checkin was 4pm. I felt like I was being a nuisance at this point due to the tone in her voice, point being we wouldnt have returned if we hadnt been given a time to return, it was like she hadnt remembered our earlier conversation. After 40+ without sleep the last thing I wanted to do was walk back to the hotel to have to go back out. A better way would have been take a phone number if its ready before 4 call me, but please dont over promise and under deliver - doesnt sit well tired, jet lagged people.
