Property was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had a large kitchen area.
There was only one elevator working, so opt for a room on a lower floor so that you can take the stairs. Otherwise it can be a long wait.

my 200 deposit was not returned until now, very strange..it was supposed to be returned at least a day after check out and should not be held for long but till now it was not returned, i also asked the receptionist to send me the invoice by email but received nothing..

1 Elevator wasn’t working long waits.
Had to do stairs to 8th floor.
But I understand services to this have to happen.

The suite was large and very comfortable. There was a full-sized kitchen, well-equipped. The location is near the Peace Bridge and the river.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly
I asked for a quiet room ,but were given a room beside a building site and early Saturday morning about 4 30 the machinery started work at the site . very little sleep got .Our request for quiet room seemed to be looked over , as the other side of hotel was away from the construction site. Very disappointed with hotel
