Close to the venue we were attending, great pricing for the room we got, suite was good to make food in to save on outings.
Had to pay extra for "overflow" parking, thought it should be included if not enough parking available

It was close to where I needed to be down town.
I am in a wheelchair chair, and only 1 of their 2 very, very small elevators was working and only some times. There was only 1 accessible parking spit, which made parking a nightmare. The cleaners were not happy that we asked them to clean halfway through our stay. If you can call it cleaning!
This was a stark bare minimum hotel. The bathrooms were barely accessible for an able body.

Good location and the rooms were nice. Great value for money. The staff were very accommodating.
The sofa bed wasn't the best but what can you expect. More coffee and tea sachets in the room would be better.

The accommodation itself is not bad, and for those who enjoy staying in Downtown, the location is excellent.
Open-air parking and paid;
They place all pets on the same floor, which is fine, but I believe it's allowed to leave pets alone in the room. So, we had problems on two days: on the first night, a dog barked non-stop for over two hours, and on the last night, a cat kept meowing.
The room appears to be clean, but something triggered allergies in both my husband and me. We spent three days sneezing and with itchy noses.

Good size room with well stocked kitchenette. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Only one lift working which meant long wait to get to 14th floor. No warning prior to booking that this was the case. No carpet in large part of corridor area. Underlay. Ridiculously small bathroom and bath, given size of room. Unnecessarily elaborate toilet with various electronic functions , lights, bells and whistles.

Spacious rooms.
Only 1 elevator was working. It felt like we spent half our vacation waiting for the elevator to come.

The location and staff were friendly , and the suite was big and confy
The cleaning wasn't really good , I saw hair in the bathtub , also after a month nearly I'm still waiting for my deposit that they took from my bank account I contacted them they say is something with my bank , I contacted my bank and they said they haven't release my money , because the hotel never did the release authorisation so the money shows as a pending in my bank account , I contact the reception they share the manager email however I haven't got any reply for him , and I'm still waiting for my 200aud that I paid for it , actually I was just one night and at the end feel like I was 3 nights there , The deposit is more expensive that the actual room , I hope they replaying me and fix my issue ASAP, really disappointed about it as I was thinking to stay another night here but I rather book another hotel .

The Receptionist, Yuna, was very helpful and accomodating. She provided suggestions on some good restaurants and places to go in the city. Room was spacious and bed was really comfortable to sleep in.

Location was great, there was lots of parking, and the room was large and clean.
One of two elevators were being serviced and so that was a bit loud one of the nights and it just took a little longer to get a ride up/down.
